Sharing Your Passion Can Form Life-Long Friendships

Have you ever been to a public place like a flea-market, shared something that you were excited about, and found a life long friend.

Well, my wife Glenda and I, not my wife at that time, but my best friend, had that very thing happen. You might be wondering what it was that we talked about that was so interesting. It was a nutritional-herbal product that had helped our health.

At the time this couple we met were not really open to a product like that. They were very skeptical, because it had ephedra in it. Although, it had no more in it than a cup of coffee. They still were negative about it.

We talked for a long time about that subject, as well as, other subjects. One subject being about our faith in Jesus, and about our church affiliations. We soon began to relate to each other.

Our focus changed from that of trying to sell our product to trying to make new friends. It was an interesting change that took place that day. We not only sold a bottle of our herbal product to this couple, but we also invited them to our church, and exchanged phone numbers.

They really liked the product and came to our church to visit. We introduced them to our pastors, and we all went out to eat. They started coming to church with us on a regular basis, until his job moved him to Arizona.

We have kept in touch over the years. We at least try to get together at Christmas time. This year after Christmas we plan to meet them in Branson Missouri, and share a condo together to have a wonderful time of fellowship with them.

You never know what kind of impact you can have on yourself or on others, simply by sharing something that you are passionate about. Something that can help your health, to me is something to be passionate about.

This story I told is just a short version of course, of our friendship and interaction with this couple. Their Names are Bob and Rocky (Veronica). They are a wonderful Christian couple, who enjoy life.



This is one of the reasons that I love the idea of network marketing or multi-level marketing. It is not just the money, that part is great, but more so the friendships that you make. Sometimes, even life-friendships can be formed like Bob and Rocky, pictured above.

You never know the affects that the people you meet can have on your life, and you may not know the impact that you can have on their lives.

So, I give the network marketing industry a thumbs up, especially in this economy with so many people out of work. It is the perfect time to do network marketing, many people are already at home, looking for something to help them survive in this economy.
